Employee relations


Employee relations is one of key function in HR management.Employee relations include subjects as follows
1. Employee engagement
2. Work life balance
3. Quality of work life
4. Conflict, bargaining, involvement and well-being
5. Tribunals and arbitration systems
6. Models of bargaining
7. Employee involvement
8. Employee involvement in practice
9. Health and safety
10. Stress

Employee relations activities

1. Starting some appreciation programs on monthly basis where the best performing employee or team will be recognized and appreciated by the Management. Prizes can be anything from a sponsored lunch/dinner to a trip to some place.

2. Giving personalized birthday cards to employee signed by management. If mgmt. agrees u can give gift also or a packet of sweet; half day.

3. For lower & junior reimbursement of children school fees.

4. If any of ur employee refers somebody for a vacant position and that candidate gets selected then u can give certain amount to that employee.

5. Start a suggestion progam and if the management finds somebody’s suggestion as helpful in cost cutting or in any other thing then give some token of appreciation.

6. CC (Cultural Committee) Gyan of the Week: wherein you can train people on managing their time for better productivity, keyboard shortcuts etc.

7. Whaledone Certificate: Promoting good of a Person and Ignoring the bad.

8. Inter- Intra Team Competitions (Bowling, Quiz, highest score-cards etc)

9. National / Internation Festival Celebrations etc.
